Andrew Reed Properties, LLC was established in honor of her sons, Erik Andrew and Brandon Reed.

“Watching Erik and Brandon achieve milestones that for most is natural but for them a struggle, and seeing the pure joy of achievement in their faces, gave me the strength to keep working harder to help them achieve their potential. This strength is part of my work philosophy. Work hard to give my clients all the tools they need to make a choice that will bring them joy in the house buying or selling process.”
With over a decade of experience, Kimberlee Rosenburgh used her industry knowledge in both residential and commercial real estate and her own personal experiences with the buying and selling process in her family’s unique position, to establish Andrew Reed Properties- a real estate firm dedicated to helping her clients achieve all of their real estate goals.
Having two sons with their own individual special needs, buying a new home was never an easy feat. Kimberlee used her past experiences as an opportunity to establish a firm dedicated to helping all clients, no matter their individual circumstances or limitations. The AR team can ensure families in similar situations, or not, will have the proper guidance and a compassionate team to work with.
The foundation of Andrew Reed Properties is built around the core values that align with Kimberlee’s personal values; a caring, compassionate, loyal and driven team that is dedicated to helping each and every client. From start to finish, the AR team is unlike any other real estate team.
Our entire team will be here to support you and your family through the buying and selling process and can guarantee that your values are a priority.

“Character is not something that you can buy; it is not a commodity that can be bartered for; it is not a quality only suited for the rich and famous; rather character is built upon the foundational commitment of love, honesty and compassion for others.” Byron R. Pulsifer
