Kimberlee Rosenburgh

Mrs. Rosenburgh entered into the Real Estate industry in 2011. While working for Dynamic Asset Management as a Human Resource Consultant in the asset management business she became drawn to the fast paced, always changing real estate profession. After over 25 years in the Human Resource field she decided to move into real estate and obtained her license to practice in 2014. Mrs. Rosenburgh has worked and continues to work for US Developments as their Broker in Charge for North and South Carolina.

Mrs. Rosenburgh has lived in Charlotte since 2011. A native New Yorker, she has lived in the southeast for over 20 years. Mrs. Rosenburgh believes in giving back to the community and donates her time to InReach, Inc., an organization that supports and empowers individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Charlotte and surrounding communities. Organizations such as InReach are important to Mrs. Rosenburgh as she has two sons, Erik and Brandon, with Developmental Disabilities.

In her spare time, Mrs. Rosenburgh enjoys tennis, workouts, reading and music. She is also an avid football fan!

Tony Tsurunakis

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Tony has also lived in Athens, Greece and Queens, New York for many years.

Tony relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina with his beautiful fiancé in 2017 to pursue his dream of being a successful real estate agent in an emerging market.

Tony thoroughly enjoys building personal relationships with his clients based on honesty and his hard working work ethic to accommodate their wants and needs.

Most recently, Tony has welcomed his daughter, Antonia, to the world and is enjoying these precious new moments of fatherhood.

Ericka Grimm

Ericka J. Grimm is a licensed realtor with 7 years of experience in the Union County and greater Charlotte area, specializing in residential real estate. She is focused on the client experience, ensuring personal and communicative service throughout the buying or selling process.

Prior to real estate, she spent 11 years in international banking in Miami, Florida. After moving to North Carolina in 2006, she spent 17 years immersed in the Charlotte community, raising her children and actively serving her community. As a realtor, she brings this breadth of community knowledge and pivotal relationships with leaders and businesses throughout the area.

Since embarking on her real estate career in 2014, she has used her extensive knowledge of residential real estate and understanding of the market to leverage current conditions for the success of her clients. As a true professional, she is an experienced advocate for both buyers and sellers through all stages of the process, leading to a successful client experience. Ericka is the recipient of an A-quality service award and member of the Union County Chamber of Commerce and Union County Realtors Association.

Outside of real estate, Ericka is an avid animal lover and owner of a dog, cat and blue macaw. She enjoys roller skating and has volunteered with Girls on the Run and Turning Point.

Raysa is a caring human being with a passion to help others.

She spent 23 years in the hospitality industry where she worked in both operations and sales, including 10 years with The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott International Luxury Brands global sales. She has now relocated to Charlotte from New York and is excited to start this new path in real estate.

Raysa loves to workout and spend time with her family and friends.
