Mrs. Rosenburgh entered into the Real Estate industry in 2011. While working for Dynamic Asset Management as a Human Resource Consultant in the asset management business she became drawn to the fast paced, always changing real estate profession. After over 25 years in the Human Resource field she decided to move into real estate and obtained her license to practice in 2014. Mrs. Rosenburgh has worked and continues to work for US Developments as their Broker in Charge for North and South Carolina.

Mrs. Rosenburgh has lived in Charlotte since 2011. A native New Yorker, she has lived in the southeast for over 20 years. Mrs. Rosenburgh believes in giving back to the community and donates her time to InReach, Inc., an organization that supports and empowers individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Charlotte and surrounding communities. Organizations such as InReach are important to Mrs. Rosenburgh as she has two sons, Erik and Brandon, with Developmental Disabilities.

In her spare time, Mrs. Rosenburgh enjoys tennis, workouts, reading and music. She is also an avid football fan!

Raysa is a caring human being with a passion to help others.

She spent 23 years in the hospitality industry where she worked in both operations and sales, including 10 years with The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott International Luxury Brands global sales. She has now relocated to Charlotte from New York and is excited to start this new path in real estate.

Raysa loves to workout and spend time with her family and friends.
